Before submitting an application, please make sure that: You have an adequate knowledge of English You have met the minimum entry requirements for your intended degree. You complete all relevant sections of the application form. You have all supporting documents ready for your application. Your application cannot be processed unless all sections of the application form are filled in and all supporting documents are provided. The admission procedure followed by International students is as follows: Submit an application in the given format to the International Students' Office of the University. This can be scanned along with the documents to the following email: [email protected] Students can begin to apply from October of the previous year till May of that academic year. The documents required to be submitted along with the application form are: Attested copies of all the relevant educational transcripts, passing certificates, diploma etc. The documents should be attested by either the Ministry of Education in student's home country or by the Indian Mission in the student's home country. A copy of his/her passport. Two passport sized photographs. In case the student wishes to apply for migration, he/she must provide the official details about the subjects he/she has completed, course structure, syllabus and a copy of his/her mark sheets/transcripts. The student should pay either in cash or enclose a Demand Draft of Rs. 1000/- drawn in favour of the Registrar, Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune, towards processing fee. If the student is eligible for the said program and theres a seat available for the course applied for, then a provisional eligibility letter will be issued. This provisional eligibility cum admission letter will enable the student to obtain a Student Visa from the Indian Mission in his/her home country. Only on the production of a Student Visa, endorsed to Bharati Vidyapeeth University, the student will be given the final admission to the course of his/her choice, provided a seat in that particular course is available at that point of time. The student has to bear in mind that the student needs to come and report within the time frame stated in the Provisional Admission letter. The student will be required to conform to all the rules and conditions mentioned in the letter issued to him/her. The student will not be entitled to get the final admission later than the last date mentioned in the provisional eligibility letter issued to him. At the time of admission to the course, the International student will be required to pay an eligibility fee of US $400/- for any Bachelors program and US $ 500/- for any Masters programs. This fee is non-refundable.
Facilities: Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University has two campuses in Pune, one is at Dhankawadi near Pune-Bangalore Highway and another is at Erandwane, located in the heart of the city. Dhankawadi Campus is sprawled over a huge area of 85 acres of land with total built up area of 12, 53, 624. 71 sq ft. The campus is known for having the best infrastructure and facilities. This campus is fully equipped with football and sports ground of 5 acres. The campus also has homeopathic and an Ayurvedic hospital for students. Then, there are Hostels, canteens and an ATM center for the students.
