Facilities: Coimbatore Institute of Technology is located on one of the National Highways i.e. NH-47 in Coimbatore. The total campus area of the institute is 28.0522 hectares with a built up area of 40000 sq mt. The campus has several buildings that host various laboratories and departments. All the labs are well furnished with highly maintained equipments and machineries. The campus also has a big playground that is used for carrying out various extracurricular activities. There is a separate Library block, state of the art Auditorium, a Guest House, a Canteen, Hostel blocks and a Bank. The institute also offers separate hostel facility for boys and girls.
