Ph : 01881 244777, 244606 Fax : 244749 email : [email protected] OVERVIEW: Admissions: Admissions to two-third of the total sanctioned seats are made on the basis of merit attained in the Common Entrance Test conducted by PTU, Jalandhar. The remaining one-third seats are filled under the management quota, as guided by the rule prescribed by PTU, Jalandhar. Eligibility for Engineering Courses B.Tech Program : All those candidates who have passed the 10+2 examination from a board recognized or established by central/state government through a legislation with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects: Chemistry· Biotechnology, Computer Science and Biology. Further as per AICTE guidelines/instructions the candidate should have obtained at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. Admission to 2/3rd of total sanctioned seats will be on the basis of all India Rank of AIEEE conducted by CBSE and % age in qualifying examination. Remaining 1/3rd seats will be filled under management quota as per rules prescribed by Govt. of Punjab and PTU, Jalandhar. Admission under Fee Waiver Scheme will be as per AICTE.
