The seat distribution is as follows:      Merit seats: 35 (Admission through C.E.T.) Merit Payment seats: 45 (For Admission through COMED K) Management seats: 20 (including NRIs and Management ) Admission To Master Of Dental Surgery (M.D.S.)   A candidate interested in taking  admission to the M.D.S. Course (Master of Dental Surgery) should have passed B.D.S. course from a Dental College recognised by the Dental Council of India and should have completed one year of Internship as on 31st of August of the respective year. In case of international students applying for M.D.S. course, their undergraduate degree and the University should be recognized by the Dental Council of India. The duration of the course is three years. The academic term for the M.D.S. courses will commence from 31st of May of every year. At present the M.D.S.
