(12th Science or equivalent exam) passed with Mathematics as a subject & secured minimum 50% marks in aggregate for all (45% for Backward class from Maharashtra Board) from Maharashtra Board or equivalent Examination. OR Passed Diploma in Engineering under 10 + 3 scheme of State board of Technical Examinations & secured minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% for Backward candidates from Maharashtra state only) in the Diploma examination. Hold valid score at National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by Council of Architecture
