Aptitude test  :- No candidate will be admitted to B. Arch. Or B. Arch. (ID) courses unless he/she has appeared and qualified in National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the Council of Architecture (CoA). Our college is the Center for conducting NATA. Fees :- Indian student :For B.Architecture Rs.78.000 /-* (tentative) per annum, For B. Architecture (Interior Design) Rs 63.000 /- * (tentative) per annum, For Foreign Nationals, PIO's & NRI Rs.1.94.000/-* (tentative) per annum, For SAARC students ,Rs. 1.48.000 /- * (tentative) per annum For All First year students Library deposit(refundable) Rs.1500/-

Facilities: The institute has been equipped with entire modern infrastructure facilities. It has five exclusive studios with proper lighting and ventilation, storage and drafting facilities with a capacity to accommodate 40 students each. These rooms are very spacious to facilitate the students to work very peacefully. It has sixty computers in computer lab and latest software packages like, Autodesk’s AutoCad 2007 & Revit Building 9, Archicad 9,  Architectural Desktop, 3D Studio MAX 6.0, Cadian Arch 2004
