George Washington University School of Business offers seven different specialized master's degrees, including business analytics, finance and project management. The university, which is featured in the 2018 edition of the QS Business Master's Rankings, has a highly competitive admissions process for each of these courses. As well as a bachelor's degree and strong academic performance, applicants are expected to be able to show proof of an interest in their chosen study area. Applicants for the master's in finance should also have studied a bachelor's degree with credit hours in the following topics: advanced mathematics, microeconomics, macroeconomics, financial accounting, managerial finance and statistics. Students can also opt to study a Master of Finance in China, a degree run in partnership with Renmin University of China International College, aimed at Chinese students.
