Starting April 2 2018 ,USCIS will start accepting H1-B Application for the year 2019.USCIS is temporarly suspending premium processing for the year 2019, which includes regular and master applicants.This suspension will last until september 10 2019. During this time starting from April 2 2018 to September 9 2018 regular H1B applications will be processed.

During the temporary suspension period form 1-907, I-129, request for premium processing applications will be rejected. Reasons for suspending temporarly as described in USCIS Website

1. Process long-pending petitions, which we have currently been unable to process due to the high volume of incoming petitions and the significant surge in premium processing requests over the past few years; and

?2. Prioritize adjudication of H-1B extension of status cases that are nearing the 240 day mark
